Upon completion of your deposit, and your acceptance of our Event Rental terms, production will begin on your one of a kind florals!

Event Rental + Damage Policy

At Sugarbird, we take pride in delivering high-quality, eco-friendly floral arrangements to our clients. However, we understand that accidents can happen. Please read our damage policy below for guidance on handling any issues regarding damaged products:

  1. Event Rental

    • Florals will be installed up to 3 hours prior to event start and will be available for up to 24 hours

    • Client will let Sugarbird know what time for pickup if earlier than 24 hour period.

    • Event Rental includes drop-off, installation and pick up by Sugarbird team.

    • Rentals are designed for indoor use but can be placed outdoors. Please note that when you book your deposit.

    • Full invoice will need to be paid by completion of install for your event. We accept cash, check or card.

  2. Inspection Upon Delivery:

    • Upon receiving your floral arrangement, please inspect it carefully. Notify us immediately (before we leave after installation) if there are any issues or damages.

  3. Resolution Options:

    • Depending on the extent of the damage and the situation, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

      • Replacement: We may offer to replace the damaged items with a new arrangement of equal value.

      • Refund: In some cases, a partial or full refund may be issued.

  4. Conditions for Refunds or Replacements:

    • Damage claims must be reported upon delivery to a Sugarbird representative.

    • Photos of the damaged product are required for assessment.

    • The damaged product must be retained for possible inspection or return.

  5. Exceptions:

    • Damage caused by improper handling or neglect after delivery, such as exposure to extreme temperatures or accidents, may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
